LABOUR DAY CELEBRATION

1st May being a holiday, Labour Day was celebrated on 2nd May in the Primary Wing with great respect and gratitude. The celebration was organised to honour the efforts and commitment of all workers, recognise their valuable contributions, and express thanks for their dedicated service.

A special assembly was conducted by the students of Class VA to mark the occasion and highlight the importance of Shram Divas. Through a speech, poem, and other presentations, the students emphasised the dignity of labour and conveyed heartfelt appreciation for the working community.

The support staff members were specially invited to attend the assembly. It was thoughtfully conducted in Hindi so that everyone could understand and enjoy the occasion. Students of all classes prepared beautiful handmade badges with messages such as Dhanyavaad and words of gratitude for the support staff.

After the assembly, the support staff members were honoured with the badges by the Primary students. All support staff working on the school premises were included in this gesture of appreciation. The Headmistress addressed the gathering and encouraged students to respect every job and value sincere and hardworking people.

As a small token of gratitude, the support staff was presented with snack boxes. The celebration was meaningful and helped students learn the importance of respect, gratitude, and dignity of labour.
