No child forgets the 14th November. Children’s Day , the most awaited day for every child in the school , as it is their day. Children enjoy the most on this day and they celebrate it with their peers and teachers together. This year, on 14th November,2024, Rajaram Mohan Roy Academy organized a Bal Mela that featured an array of delicious food stalls, offering a variety of delicacies and comestibles, from artisanal cheeses to tandoori kulcha, enticing children to indulge in their favorite stalls. Ther was an elaborated spread of banquet, including pizza, cheese balls, Indian chat, popcorn candy floss, bhelpuri, golgappa and South Indian delicacies with mocktails, soft drinks and ice creams. This was not the end, the main attractions were the swings, games lucky draws.
There were games stalls like Wheel of Fortune, Lucky dip, Ring through wire, Goal to win, jail, hit the pot, straw and balls, Hoopla. The kids splurged on games without hesitation. It was a real fun to see the whole school in the ground, enjoying. The swings were full, children were finding it difficult to stand in a que for their chance to come for their favourite swings. Swings like Giant wheel, Merry go round, swing chair, and Micky mouse drew crowds of energetic students.
And then, the whole school gathered in the arena of Raffle draw as every child and staff member bought the raffle ticket to see if he or she is lucky to win the first prize, the bicycle and few other prizes like dinner set, school bags, badminton rackets, cricket bat and football etc. and the lucky child to win the first prize is Chavi Saini . The fete was completely organized by the students of class XI under the guidance and support of their class teachers and all the teachers and staff. In her address to the students the principal, Ms. Bharti Vishnoi appreciated the commendable job done by the students and said that fete is a fun filled event that fosters community bonding, creativity and social responsibility among the students.The fete came to a triumphant end, leaving behind a trail of joy and camaraderie.
