On November 4th,2024 ,the students  class 12th of Raja Rammohan Roy Academy had the privilege of having Mr. Jitendra Dandona for a much needed career counselling session in order to pave a clear path for their future. Sir Dandona has conducted many sessions in various school like Welham Girl’s School, Sunrise Academy, Guru Nanak Academy and many more .He is also a visiting faculty at IMS,ICFAI and Doon University . He is also a social activist and has been conferred the Uttarakhand Ratna Award by the Government of Uttarakhand for his exceptional services in the field of education.

Sir Dandona’s interactive session laid immense emphasis on the efficient strategy for the preparation of competitive examinations including Bank, NEET, JEE, Civil Services (IAS ,PCS, IPS),CLAT and sports.  His key note was “ TIME IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS” and enlightened the students on the importance of time and how to make the best use of time in their initial days so they don't repent later.

He advised the students to read newspapers regularly ,be aware of their surroundings and equipped with current affairs which would definitely prove to be a boon for cracking competitive examinations.

In addition to this, he instilled confidence and motivation in our students to keep working hard for their goal and not get distracted easily.

Overall ,it was an inspiring and enthusiastic session that boosted the students' confidence and also made them alert for their future.
