The price of success is hard work, dedication and determination- qualities that the Class XI A and B students have embodied in abundance. Seizing their opportunity to conduct the special assembly on November 26, 2024, they poured their hearts and souls into the task, delivering mesmerizing performances that captivated the entire audience. This special assembly “Community Heroes” recognized the extraordinary contributions of specially abled individuals who enrich our community by breaking the barriers.
With passion and dedication students crafted a memorable program that began with a flute recital. Through his flute recital, Keshav Walia demonstrated remarkable skill and artistic talent, effortlessly navigating complex melodies and nuances, showcasing exceptional musical expression and emotional depth. The traditional Indian dance form, Kathak elegantly choreographed and enthusiastically executed by Tanisha Gulati and Anchal Sharma with their team of four girls, served as a gracious welcome to the Principal, Ms. Bharti Vishnoi, teachers and parents.
The assembly reached its crescendo with Arnav Vats’ thought-provoking speech expertly introducing the theme of Community Heroes. With conviction he highlighted the unsung stories of specially abled individuals who inspire us with their resilience and achievements. His eloquent words set a tone for the remainder of the program.
The energetic momentum continued with a captivating skit, expertly performed by students, which poignantly portrayed the challenges and triumphs of specially abled individuals, in which Vaibhavi delivered a standout performance, masterfully portraying the role of a specially abled Bengali girl. With her remarkable sensitivity, she brought to life the character’s struggles and triumphs. The skit’s powerful narrative, coupled with the Power Point Presentation made by Tejas and Parmeksu. It’s striking imagery, created a compelling narrative by Aditya Raj that resonated deeply with audience. The skit culminated with a breath taking Bengali dance choreographed and executed by Prajukta Banerjee and her team of five girls, to portray the happiness of main character of the play, The dance’s dynamic energy and beauty mesmerized the audience.
Dhairya Tiwari’s Hindi speech served as the pinnacle of the program, leaving a lasting impact on the audience. To showcase their strength and team work all the students of Class XIA and XI B came with harmonious voices blended together in perfect symphony and musical prowess, the choir presented a stirring rendition of iconic song A Watan. The students demonstrated their mettle by presenting an outstanding show, high in quality and truly impressive with confidence and enthusiasm.
The principal, Ms. Bharti Vishnoi applauded the students for showcasing their exceptional talents, extending heartful appreciation for their enthusiasm. Encouraging them to explore beyond academics, she highlighted the value of cocurricular activities complementing academic excellence and further advised “Develop a passion, cultivate a hobby and excel in it”
Tanisha, Shreyasi and Aditya Raj proved to be perfect host, anchoring the event with flair and finesse and Aditya Raj proposed the vote of thanks expressing heartfelt gratitude to the guests teacher , students and the staff whose collective endeavors made the event truly memorable.
