Consumer awareness is a vital aspect of modern life, empowering individuals to take right decisions and protect their rights as consumers. In today's complex market, consumers face numerous challenges, including misleading advertising, product defects, and unfair trade practices. To address these issues, Classes XIIC and XIID organized a special assembly on Consumer Awareness, aiming to educate and sensitize students to their rights and responsibilities.

The special assembly,was held on 14 October, 2024  and was a resounding success. The event began with a solemn prayer, setting the tone for the proceedings. This was followed by a thought-provoking message, delivered by Pratyaksh, emphasizing the importance of consumer awareness in today's market.

The cultural segment of the assembly commenced with a mesmerizing Saraswati Vandana dance performance , paying tribute to Goddess Saraswati, patron deity of knowledge and learning.Followed by an engaging skit, highlighting common consumer pitfalls and the importance of decision-making. Nishtha then delivered an insightful speech, discussing consumer rights, responsibilities, and the need for awareness.

The audience was further enthralled by a vibrant Gorkhali dance performance by girls, showcasing cultural diversity and talent. This was followed by a stirring group song, "Aashayein," creating an aura of  hope and positivity.

The Principal, Mrs. Bharti Vishnoi  addressed the assembly, emphasizing the significance of consumer awareness in daily life and encouraging students to make right choices. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Anushka Bakshi, expressing gratitude to all participants, organizers, and attendees.

The special assembly achieved its objectives, raising awareness about consumer rights and responsibilities.The engaging performances and presentations captivated the audience, conveying important messages that will have a lasting impact.
