As per the UK Government plan for increasing the forest cover and to respect the cultural values of the state Harela Festival was celebrated in Raja Rammohan Roy Academy. This highlights the respect and value of school towards a variety of traditions and culture followed in India. This act of planting saplings in the back field of the school reflects that our School most importantly, asserts on the integrity, and secular character of our country. In RRRA as per the government SOP five saplings of different varieties of Camphor, Orange Jasmine (kamini), Hibiscus, Poinsettia fireball, Schefflera were planted by the students on 16th July 2024 under the supervision and guidance of the Officiating Principal Ms Bharti Vishnoi . Present on the occasion were the office administrator Mr Ashok Prasher, the headmistress Ms Tripti Chopra, Mrs Kawaljeet Kaur, Mrs Manjari Mishra, Mr Mahesh Kumar, Mrs Prabhjeet Kaur and the helping staff. The students expressed their love for the nature. The main objective of the program is to strengthen the bond between humans and nature and to create a clean and green environment.
