To mark the seventy sixth anniversary of our Independence our Tri-colour flag was hoisted by the Officiating Principal in the school quadrangle, followed by National Anthem. A cultural programme was beautifully anchored by Tanisha Gulati and Dhairya. There were songs sung with patriotic fervour by the school choir. On this occasion Inter House Solo Song Competition for Middle School , Senior categories was also held . It was judged by Mr Ayush Kumar and Mr Pratyush Manral.            

There were speeches in Hindi and English delivered by the Head Girl and Head Boy respectively. A great number of students and all the staff members attended it with a great enthusiasm. The Multi-Purpose Hall reverberated with the songs celebrating the  memories of our great Martyrs and Katthak celebrating the colours of freedom. Pride for the nation was writ on every face.      

All vowed to keep the independence of India intact. The programme concluded with the address by the Officiating Principal followed by distribution of sweets.
