Class XII Students Witnessed 

Passing Out Parade Dress Rehearsal at the Indian Military Academy

The students of Class XII of Raja Rammohan Roy Academy had the privilege of attending the Passing Out Parade (POP) Dress Rehearsal at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun, on 6 June 2026.

The students arrived at the academy in the early morning and witnessed the rehearsal at the historic Drill Square against the backdrop of the iconic Chetwode Building. The ceremony commenced at around 7:00 a.m. and showcased the remarkable discipline, precision, and military bearing of the Gentleman Cadets.

Students observed impressive parade formations, synchronized marching, ceremonial inspections, and mounted displays that reflected the rigorous training imparted at the academy. The review of the contingents and the flawless execution of military drills left the audience deeply impressed.

The visit provided valuable insights into the life of future officers of the Indian Armed Forces and highlighted the importance of leadership, dedication, perseverance, and patriotism. It served as an inspiring experience for the students, fostering a greater appreciation for the armed forces and their service to the nation.
