Special Assembly conducted by Class VIII

On 13^th of November,2024, special assembly was organised by the students of classes VIII A&B .They presented a variety of cultural programs to celebrate and honor the spirit and joy of children. The event began with a Saraswati Vandana, where students performed a beautiful prayer to seek blessings from Goddess Saraswati, symbolizing knowledge and wisdom.

Following the Vandana, there was a well-organized skit based on the story of Budhi Kaki, depicting the importance of respect, kindness, and family values. The students put their heart into their  performance, capturing  essence of the story and leaving a meaningful message for the audience.

Another highlight of the day was the choir performance, where students sang  a famous number of the Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan campaign ;  School Chale Hum, celebrating the value of education and encouraging every child to attend school. This was followed by a spirited performance by the school band, adding vibrancy and enthusiasm to the event.

A special attraction was the Kumauni folk dance, which showcased the rich cultural heritage of Uttarakhand. Students dressed in traditional attire, dancing gracefully to folk tunes, and filling the audience with pride and joy for our country’s diverse culture.

The assembly ended with joyful smiles, a renewed sense of unity, and appreciation for our school and its nurturing environment. It was a memorable moment filled with music, dance, and heartfelt performances that left a lasting impact on everyone present.

The event concluded with  an inspiring and heartfelt message delivered by the  Head Mistress Mrs.Tripti Chopra. She appreciated their active participation, discipline, and enthusiasm .. She emphasized the importance of kindness, respect, and helping each other in our journey of learning. She spoke passionately about the school's commitment to the holistic development of every child.

She concluded her speech by reminding everyone that each student has unique potential, and our school's aim is to provide the best environment to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
