Inter-House Volleyball Tournament 2022-23

Taking part in any sport has its merits. But volleyball in itself is a league of its own, providing students with a plethora of benefits like organization, teamwork and communication. Keeping this in mind, Raja Rammohan Roy Academy organised an Inter-House Volleyball Tournament for the students of classes VI-XII on 19^th November, 2022 in the school premises. The participants under the able guidance of Ms Poonam Yadav and Mr Ajay Kumar, participated enthusiastically and displayed excellent sportsmanship which was evident in the matches.

In the Junior Boys category, Aravali House bagged the first position and Shivalik house was declared the first runner up. In the Girls category, Satpura House stood first followed by Shivalik House which was announced the first runner up. In the Senior Boys category, Shivalik House was successful in bagging the first position and Aravali House, Satpura House and Vindhya House were tied as the first runners up.

Shivalik House was victorious in the overall category and bagged the house trophy while Aravali House and Satpura House were declared the first runners up and Vindhya House was declared the second runner up. Passion for volleyball was seen in the participants as well as the audience who cheered with utmost zeal and gusto for their respective houses. The Tournament was a great success as it witnessed healthy competition and a spirited fight amongst the participants.
